Free is $0 forever for up to 3 members and 3 projects. It includes Kanban boards with tasks, assignees, due dates, comments, mentions, and inbox-style collaboration. Stories, AI-assisted generation, and GitHub integration are not part of Free. Use Free to validate whether KaryaBoard's board model fits your team before a trial on a paid plan.
Pro — $49/month
Pro is $49 per month for up to 25 members, with unlimited projects relative to the Free project cap. Pro unlocks Stories, AI features, and GitHub (OAuth connect, repos, commit linking, GitHub-aware workflows). Pro includes a 14-day trial. Annual billing is $468 per year for Pro when paid annually.
Pro is the default plan for software teams that want agent-friendly Kanban plus GitHub context. Pair Claude via Settings → Claude MCP using https://mcp.karyaboard.com/mcp, enable specific boards, and keep Stories review in the loop before applying generated tasks. Scale — $99/month
Scale is $99 per month for up to 50 members, then $6 per extra member. Annual billing is $948 per year. Scale includes everything in Pro, plus feature flags for advanced permissions, audit log, and invoice billing. The live public plans API has returned a 30-day trial for Scale; confirm the trial length shown in checkout when you start, since catalog values are configurable server-side.

What you are paying for
Plans are flat fees with member caps — not opaque per-seat surprise math on Free/Pro base prices. Scale's extra-member price applies after the included 50. Features are gated by flags: Stories, AI, and GitHub on Pro/Scale; advanced permissions, audit log, and invoice billing on Scale. MCP pairing is part of the product experience for connecting Claude; board and member limits still follow your plan.
KaryaBoard does not claim parity with every enterprise procurement checklist. If you need a capability that is not listed here or in the docs, ask support@karyaboard.com rather than assuming it exists.
Trials, upgrades, and billing
Paid plans offer trials so you can exercise Stories, AI, and GitHub before committing. Cancel during the trial if the product is not a fit. Upgrading from Free keeps your boards with you — you are not starting from an empty workspace solely because you added a payment method. Annual totals above ($468 Pro, $948 Scale) match the public annual catalog figures used on the marketing site.
Payment processing is handled through the product's billing provider integration in-app. Card details are not something this static marketing page stores. Manage plan changes from the application billing screens after signup.
Data copy and deletion — contact support
KaryaBoard does not advertise a self-serve data-export product feature on this site. If you need a copy of workspace data or want to request deletion, email support@karyaboard.com. Retention and deletion practices are also summarized in the Privacy Policy.
